Coaching is not the same as therapy.
Therapy goes through past life experiences you've had and aims to clear a lot of the baggage and the hurt and pain.
Coaching focuses on the future and where you want to be. We may examine where you are in the present so we can identify the changes you need to make and transform your mindset in order to move forward but we don't take deep dives into past events. The focus is very much on what's next and how do you get there.
